Problems….

I cannot believe that my Dad is coming with me to the Reading Festival. A group of us decided that we woudl all like to go and so we all asked our parents. Everyone else is allowed to go on their own but my Dad thinks that I am too young. He says that he doesn’t want me missing out on this experience with my friends but I am too young to be on my own. He has even booked a pair of Seatwave tickets so that we can go together. I feel like I would rather no go than go with him. Of course I cannot tell him that especially considering that he has paid for the Festival Tickets for us both but I can just imagine him following me around everywhere and me being as red as a beetroot with embarrassed. I expect he will try to take the fatherly role with all of my friends as well. I have even stopped avidly checking the Reading Festival lineup to find out who might be playing as I feel so upset about it.
